ARTEMIA Product description Artemia is a small saltwater crustacean found in nature in almost all places on Earth, where there are brackish lakes or pools also subject to total evaporation. Adult artemias, coming from cysts selected in Great Salt Lake in Utah, have high nutritional characteristics and are microbiologically negative for TSV- IHHNV - YHV - WSSV - HPV BP and bacterial infection tests. The integrity of the enzyme content is essential for the improvement of digestibility in fry and adult tropical fish, with the result of increasing their survival and improving their growth. Cultures are subjected to intensive enrichment with HUFA for at least 96 hours. The artemias are finally rinsed to eliminate any possible impurities, after which they are sterilized before the freeze-drying process.
